Einstein...in the future?

Okay, here's the thing.

You know not to trust those movie websites that list all the movies that will be released over the next five years, but I read them anyway.

Apparently I'm not alone because those websites seem to do pretty well. I mean, if they didn't, why would there be a million of them?

That's beside the point.

I was writing today because I discovered that someone is supposedly making a biopic about Albert Einstein. Now if this is true, I'm REALLY excited. The man was a genius, we make references to him all the time and label smart people "Einsteins." But we don't really know a lot about his life.

I hope this movie is accurate. Then again, how accurate could it be if we know so little about him? I hope the writer/director does him justice. I have this feeling that it's going to be somewhat controversial in it's depiction, kind of like with The Social Network. But with that movie, the characters depicted were still alive, and that could have caused some of the controversy.

Now I have a million questions in my head. Who's going to get Einstein's role? When will the movie be released? Is it even real?

I hope so. In the meantime, you can read about it here: http://www.firstshowing.net/2011/wayne-wang-to-helm-albert-einstein-biopic-from-writer-ron-bass/

You can probably find some stuff on Google about it if it's really legit. I'd love to hear your thoughts about this. Send them to me through twitter (@garbagequilt), Facebook, or email them to me at thegarbagequilt@gmail.com.

Now I'm going to read more about Einstein.
